Batch upload

Can you not edit each photo after it has been approved without getting kicked in the "pending" file? When Batch loading descriptions and keywords are easier to do when you can look at each one of them one by one.

Cheryl, unfortunately this is functionality of the store software itself. Your best bet is to keyword offline, there are some addons to Adobe Light Room and Apple's Aperture that allow this, then when you upload most of the work is already done. Also for Batch , you can organize the images by content type, and batch upload those , so an example would be all flowers are put into a folder on your computer, key worded , then batch uploaded.

A printable list of key words could be made available on the site. This reference could be used to label each uploaded picture so it would be put in the most accessable catagory. For example when I uploaded my pictures I labeled them with catagory names that do not match the search parameters of this site and they will be dificult to find by catagory.
