Hi this is Linda from Chamberlain SD.  As you can tell I'm standing on a Frozen Lake.  I'm so excited that my pictures were accepted . Has anyone gotten a check for 100 accepted pics yet? Since I'm entering the Stock Photography scene, I'm looking forward to producing Beautiful shots from Here in South  Dakota. This is so awesome to be able to get paid for something I love to do.

So how's about it? Anyone reach PAYDayYet?  I'm hoping to hear from some of you who have been successful in Stock Photography and also from you who like me are striving to make it here...Also tell me which Digital have you found to be the best for Stock Photograghy...I need a new one

I've been here for a few months now and I did get paid for photos accepted.
But it did take a while, about 3 months to be exact. So all I can tell you is to be patient.
You could also contact Terry directly because he might simply be busy with other things.

Hey Steven .Thanks for the input. I'm shoping for a new Camera and I'm wondering if the Nikon D3000 kit is a good deal .What do you think?

Hi Linda - I just joined yesterday. I am just starting too and have asked about how to carve out a living and am waiting for a reply. I have a Nikon Coolpix and a Panasonic Lumix and love getting outdoors too. I was telling Steven that the Coolpix is great for close up shots and gets alot of detail, but is a little weak on the landscape photos. The Lumix is just the opposite, but it could be operator error. It is a little intimidating when I see all the great pictures people take and how competitive it is, but if we do what we love it'll come through in our work!

Hey Linda, the feedback program is on hold until we find a new developer , as you can imagine, that is tough.

Right now we are working on getting the site exposure to get sales up , so hang in there, when I get the rest of the plan in place , you will be glad you hung out! -ter
